Situated on the Mediterranean coast with three ports to its name, Monaco is the perfect location for yachting, as well as its European capital.

During this edition’s of the Winter Pop-up, exceptional conversion Project Y910 will be showcased and explained, as well as its sale in auction!

On Tuesday 12th October, the 2nd edition of the Winter Pop-up will take place, organized by the Yachting Cluster of Monaco at the YCM. The aim is to highlight the Principality’s involvement in the yachting industry, representing the European capital of yachting. Many yachting professionals, companies and experts will be present, in order to offer insights of this past yachting season, as well as comments and advice. It’s a way to learn, network, meet new people, and explore the different showcased yachts. Each year the yachts on display change, both concerning the sales and the charter market.

Besides the yachts on display, a yacht-oriented conference will take place. The main subjects will touch the overall year’s figures and data (new built, sales and charter), as well as the latest evolution in regulations and the key yachting trends – where we have sustainability and digitalization at its core.

On the same day, Althaus Luxury Yachting is pleased to participate at the discussion panel, in collaboration with Joshua Gunsberger from Concierge Auctions, in order to present the new under construction conversion Project Y910. Following the speech, a networking aperitif will take place where the attendees can show their interest, ask questions and receive further insights regarding the project.

The aim is to communicate this exceptional project for sale, as well as explaining the sale in auction to the whole and reunited the yachting industry. Project Y910 will be sold in auction, no reserve required, in November. The bid will run through 11-23 November.

With sustainable development at heart, this 120m luxury project “recycles” an existing ice class hull, by lengthening it, adding a complete new aluminum superstructure and a hybrid diesel electric propulsion to deliver a brandnew concept. The hull and superstructure are all but finished, and what remains is the luxurious interior and deck amenities to the new Owner’s specifications.

To know more, come to meet us! Our team of dedicated professionals will be there to assist you.
